Prems Graama Bhojanam is the restaurant unit of Wellage Food Caterers


N. Nischith Prem is the proprietor of this company. He is a graduate from Loyala College. He is a post graduate diploma in Animation from Toonz Academy Trivandrum. He himself has grown up in Coastal Andhara , Kerala, Karnataka and Tamilnadu. He has travelled to many places in India and stayed in villages with family for holidays. He loves food and enjoys hosting. He worked in Savera hotel kitchen for more than 6 months and also did a crash course in IHM-Savera training Academy. He has a great will to come up against odds. His profound Hearing imparity has not come in his enterprise. He is able to speak English and Telugu ( Mother tongue) and understand Tamil and Kannada.

Full Time Promoter


N. S. Krishnamoorthi - is the full time promoter and Mentor. He has a very rich experience of 32 years in companies like Hindustan Lever ( HUL now )Food Fats and Fertilisers, Pillsbury and Ruchi Soya ltd as business head in food products business. He was involved in starting up new business in Bakery Products and food Service in HLL , FFF ,Pillsbury and Ruchi Soya. He has handled national level - business head jobs for the last 18 years in different companies. He has reasonably good expertise in cooking and baking. He chooses food business as he feels we can make it very healthy and bring in our own ethnicity. Decades of thinking has gone in to choosing the menu and business strategy. Quality , Sales and marketing, pricing, recruitment and training will be the main responsibilities of N S Krishnamoorthi. Mrs. Soundaryavalli – Mother of Nischith Prem. She has lived in many states and travelled to across India. She develops food, oversees kitchen operations and staff management and resource management. Aishwarya Nipani- an MBA Graduate, currently oversees operations, Vendor management, Facility management and Finances. She has 3.5 years of experience as a Project Manager for an IT company while simultaneously managing the restaurant. She finally decided to quit her IT job and take the plunge when they were ready to expand and is currently heading the adyar branch.
